RecommendedI took the accelerated class with Art and it was tough but you are given the tools, information and confidence needed to pass your Licensing Exam. Art has a way of making the long day seem short. From his attitude to his humor you will be prepared for exam success. I was able to pass on my first attempt!!!! I cannot recommend I Love Real Estate school enough! Art was the absolute best teacher. His teaching style and real life examples make you easily remember the content. He made class enjoyable. Class times are convenient and and can be done while working a full time job. If you are considering getting licensed in real estate, this is the place to begin!
By far the funniest and smartest teachers, I had the pleasure of learning from. I would recommend taking his course should you desire to obtain the real estate licensing required. Art is also flexible guy who is willing to help whenever there is a topic that one may struggle with. The class times are convenient as well.

When I tell you choosing I Love Real Estate School was one of my best decisions, the comment alone would be an understatement. The tools & support given to me was beyond what I could have asked for. When it came time for my 5th and final child to head off to kindergarten, I made a promise to myself that I'd give the old "What I wanted to be when I grew up" an honest try. I looked into several different schools and after reading the many great reviews for I Love Real Estate School, I was eager to give it a go. Art is by far the most entertaining teacher you will ever meet! He is fun and engaging, yet professional and direct. He made learning easy... I couldn't wait to come to class. He even allowed me to bring food - kinda important when you are coming from work and have no time to snack prior to class. Needless to say, I attended the evening class from 6-10pm.
