I attended Art’s evening Real Estate Broker class a few months ago and I cannot thank him enough for preparing me for the exam. He related the material to real life scenarios and situation that help me understand the material better. When Art wasn’t available Beth was awesome with helping out with questions I had once I passed the test. I did pass the National on my first try and the state portion on my 2nd attempt. I’m now looking for a sponsorship. I would recommend I love Real Estate school!
Art was easily one of my favorite professors on all levels of my education career. He made learning the material necessary to pass the state exam extremely clear and concise, and did not move on until it was understood. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone trying to get started in real estate, 10/10. If you want to pass the state exam first try this is the place to start, yes GAGAAAA!
I don’t be the one to post reviews on places but let me tell you, if your hesitant about attending this school don’t be take a deep breath and sign up! Why? Because they will truly help you pass the class and pass the exams. Art does great teaching the material and let me tell you, even with sayings that you will use to memorize something! I will never forget 4 35 yr old ladies driving 65mph (43,565 sq ft in an acre) who will ever think of something like that! But seriously! Absolute great experience!! If you are looking for a real estate school that will prepare you to pass your State exams this is it. I was nervous about having a new instructor because reviews raved about Art but instructor Jo was knowledgeable and they all work as a team. Between Art, Jo, and Beth they are promt to help and respond to questions... Totally recommend!
I am happy to say that I passed my real estate exam on my first try thanks to I love real estate school. Art is the best, he made everything very easy to understand and also very fun. I really enjoyed the classes and recommend this school 1000%
