I called to get a lawyer for a travel insurance claim that was denied, they said no we won’t take your case. Why? No reason sometimes we don’t take cases. Period. Like what? It’s hard to find travel insurance lawyers and the this was one of the few we found. So annoyed. I know we have a strong case to build up on. I’m assuming it’s because our claims is less than 50k but still would not recommend at all.

Andrew was constantly on vacation and didn’t have a good sense of time management. When I mentioned that I volunteered, he was interested in volunteering at the same foundation. I couldn’t understand why considering he had a family at home and wasn’t actively working on my case. The paralegal Joan or Joanne was very unprofessional and lied to me, she stated she was going to help and I quote: “Oh I just said that in a rue”. Linda and her associates were very unprofessional when it came to communicating with clients. They still haven’t reached out regarded a case I opened with them 3 years ago. I had a car accident in Canada in 2018 and they informed years ago that it would be settled. They never keep track of information and continuously ask the same questions to make it seem as if you haven’t reached out. Overall my experience was horrible and I would never use them for any law services.
