I liked Ian's enthusiasm and how I felt he was on top of everything keeping me in the loop. Also Iiked the look and feel of the app except towards the end of the loan process were I felt like the progression just dies off and that's no fault of the company.
Ian was always able to answer the questions I had and was very attentive when I did have a question. He always kept us in the loop when we had something we needed to do and what the next step of the process would be expected. Thank you for the wonderful experience

The communication between departments was not satisfactory. We were told not to make a December mortgage payment since we were in the process of refinancing. Then we received collection calls. Then after more reassurance, we were told we did have to pay December’s payment. Then we were told we were closed, then told we had more papers to sign.
