speaking purely from an app-design perspective, iCash has by far the written interface for a payday loan. a lot of these systems will just... break. if they were every fully coded to start with. iCash is fast, doesn't break, and has a pleasingly clean design. don't take out payday loans. but if you have to, iCash is where I'd start simply to avoid the headaches of badly/cheaply written apps.
