on one loan there was miss communication for payment and it was charged to my wrong bank account. I was very upset bc payment was missed and I was charged from my bank for NSF. after writing an email about how upset I was they called me personally and fixed/honored that they made a mistake (had to send screen shots of my bank). I am very impressed with their integrity and understanding throughout this situation. With cooperation on both sides everything worked out great and I am proud of icash.
