Recently I have made two transactions to pay back some of the loans I had. I had sent the payment in via e-transfer and they still haven't processed my payments. I never experienced this with them before. My anxiety is higher because of this situation. I suggest if you are going to make a payment via e-transfer, make sure you contact customer support to see what relevant information is needed. I would have rated this app a five but it's a four do to my current situation with payment issues.
