I use to call to check my account. But then you guys decide to stop it. My daughter set it up for me. I love it .I can see instantly where my money goes. Definitely a benefit to have on my account.

Great app very functional! I was able to start new accounts, tranfer between accounts and pay bills all in the app. Each account has a main ledger and if you swipe to the left a details panel that will give you the type of account, interest, etc. All together a very impressive app for a local credit Union.

On the most part I am able to maneuver my way around. I find it pretty user friendly for an older lady. I found out through a receptionists at my dentist office about the card app instead of through the bank. I do compliment the measure of customer service however, anytime I've called or face to face asked for assistance, it's been received with a smile.
