It asked me security questions to much

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. There is a login delay on some phones. If you wait for a "flash" after you open the app, it is ready to login as normal and should not need to ask so many security questions. We hope that helps!

Every few days I have to reset app. Wong recognize my phone!

Pretty good so far. Sometimes the login screen can be finicky

Great apart from it constantly thinking I'm on a new device. Only happens with Alcatel Idol 5. Seems like a very small inconvenience for a great app. It makes paying bills and mobile depositing checks a breeze. I love it!

For the most part the app is great. I have had problems with it recently. It locks me out of my account daily (without me even attempting my password, which I know for sure) and I have to call a branch to get it unlocked.
