I really enjoy using this app for checking my balance, making quick transfers, and depositing checks :) no complaints here!
Very very helpful
The App is good to check your balance, use bill pay, and conduct transfers. However the mobile deposit is THE WORST. Every check I have tried to deposit gets rejected due to 'bad image resolution' The App is the one who takes the image, it doesn't allow the user to capture it. Very inconvenient.
I called in shortly after the update to find out if I could get the old version back because all I could see in my android was "point of withdrawal" on my transactions unfortunately there was no option at that time for them to fix my problem but Shelby immediately put in a request for that issue to be resolved and within a few days I had received a call back from Shelby letting me know that they did a new update with the request to make the font smaller so that we can see the whole transaction on our apps.
