This app is very well laid out as far as design goes, and has been very reliable when it comes to making payments and managing accounts. The only time I have had any trouble is with the login process. Sometimes it was a program glitch but most often my problem is with the quick log in option. If I ever had a system update to my device, the app wouldn't recognize the device anymore and wouldn't let me reassign my quick log in info to the newly updated device. I wish that the "Card Control" was a tab on the main app instead of a whole other app, but it always works well, and it seems like it updates every single time I swipe my card.
Just more performance maintenance to Increase the speed of the application and the online chat tends to freeze but overall I love this app and makes it very reliable to bank with iccu all over the us!
Aside from being a little slow, it works well.
