Paid off my truck loan through them 5 years ago and still haven’t received my title. Every time I call, they refuse to release the title and hang up on me.
Do not get a loan with this credit union. We have 3 auto loans with them and they keep charging insurance costs to our loans. We have provided all insurance paperwork and they say that they didn’t receive them. They are not easy to work with, they told me it will take 6 weeks to look at our insurance paperwork. In the meantime they told me I have to pay a higher payment for 6 weeks. We own several businesses and this is unacceptable. Kyle & Jolie are not helpful.
