Settting up a checking, savings, and credit card account was simple and straightforward. The staff have been polite, courteous, and energetic to work with. Facility is well kept and well maintained. I have been doing business with ICCU for the past two months; I have had no issues with viewing my balances via web portal, and transferring funds have been hassle-free. I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far I've been very happy with the service provided!
They force you to physically go into the bank to change your phone number. Horrible customer service when I called in I was given to a NASTY girl who refused to help me at all. Lost all of my respect

Been with iccu since they opened up here in idaho falls. Then today I'm looking at my savings account, and they charged it $5.00 for a "returned mail fee". They didn't even say anything, how long would they have just kept charging that account without saying anything, till it was empty? Very disrespectful. Considering taking my business elsewhere.
Wonderful credit union with awesome employees. Everyone is always pleasant and eager to serve. Great rates on CDs. Chrissie is very helpful in setting these up.
