I'm so tired of this organization. Wanted to increase my credit line. My score is 712+ and I have less than 10% used. Because my x had a puppy in an apt and left the carpet bill, I somehow get denied from this single derogatory mark. I've been a customer for 15 years+ and I've been denied so many times. In my opinion Idaho central is the best bank ever they are super kind and nice and help out a lot
(Drive through) I request an amount and the teller acted distraught says she's going to "pull me up" and quickly cuts me off through the video, which I thought was odd. Then she takes quite a while, so I ring the bell thinking she forgot me as all the cars before me had left and had been gone for a bit. I thought maybe she's new.
