I’ve had really good luck with ICCU and appreciate that they have a location so close to where I live. The building is beautiful, and it’s been convenient for my banking needs. I have savings accounts here and have also used their CDs—their rates are consistently better than what I’ve seen at other nearby institutions. Ethan, the manager is the most rudest disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with at a bank branch. I tried to cash a cashiers check drawn on their institution. They tried to charge me a fee to cash a check that is drawn on their bank no other bank has done that has ever told me they do that. It’s the most ridiculous thing avoid do not do business with them zero out of 10 do not recommend.

There was a miscommunication on information regarding my account. This lead me to come in expecting a service to be available which was not. That was okay as I don’t expect rules to be bent. However, what was NOT okay was the second tellers unprofessional attitude bordering on an odd display of an abuse of authority to embarrass or demean me and/or her coworker. Kyera (key-eh-ruh) Rockwell is so good at her job! She empathized with my frustrations, efficiently resolved my concerns, acted so professionally, to the point that I no longer want to bank with my other credit union and I’m now looking at setting up an account with ICCU. Somebody give that girl a raise!

This was my first time coming to this branch and I have to say I was surprised how nice and helpful they were here. I had no idea how to set up my truck payment online and a couple ladies here took there time to show me on their computer here. I'm a total caveman with technology and they were super patient, very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't catch their names but I'd like to say thank you for your help.
