Very patient with the whole process. One eye did not respond as quickly as the other, so staff was quite reassuring letting the eye calmly attain the expected result in the end. I am very happy with the clarity of my vision now, one month post-procedure.

Very caring people who make a great team and seamless service. You are a very together organization and cover all the bases. The call anytime for concerns is so reassuring and not just something to say but actually has follow thru.
Very courteous, helpful staff. Made the whole experience easy and stress free.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in until my last visit. Everyone was more than friendly, very inviting and helpful. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable and professional and took time for questions and to reassure. What impressed me most was that there was a small, elderly lady next to me who couldn't get comfortable. The staff worked with her continuously to try to help her.
