RecommendedIdeal installed two split systems at our house several years ago. I just had an issue with one of the units and they sent Christian out. He’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem relatively quickly. He is very professional and fixed the issue. Definitely would recommend Ideal to anyone looking to have their air conditioning needs Satisfied.

RecommendedThe quote we received for the work to be done was NOT an estimate but an actual quote. Other companies could only give an estimate and used pressure tactics to get us to sign documents for the install immediately. Our salesperson (Ryan) was forthright and honest and walked us through the entire quote and made it make sense. The install group (2 people: Joseph and Ivan) were extremely nice young men.
