The quote we received for the work to be done was NOT an estimate but an actual quote. Other companies could only give an estimate and used pressure tactics to get us to sign documents for the install immediately. Highly recommend Ideal. From start to finish, the technicians (Cristian and Keaton) were professional, friendly, and explained the entire A/C replacement with us. The Project Manager, Chris and Reuben were also great. This is the second job you have done for us and both times the techs were top notch. You have earned a lifelong customer.

Daniel inspected our HVAC system, providing photos to show the condition of the ducts, exhaust and drain pipes. He provided a thorough explanation and summary advice for us to follow. He was very polite and easy to talk with. I have no reservation to recommend Ideal Air Conditioning, and of course their expert technicians.
