Just as summer is coming on here in Phoenix we decided to re-insulate our attic, which hadn't been touched for decades. It turned out there were sections with only minimal insulation, down to R4. Eric Arreola led the crew from Ideal Air and now it's R39 throughout! They did a great job for a reasonable price and we couldn't be happier. They also installed a new highly efficient HVAC in 2023. I recommend Ideal Air for anyone needing AC or insulation!

This was my 1st appointment with Ideal Air and let's say it will not be the last: Matt is very professional and courteous; he also described the 2 maintenance contracts the company offers (with possibility of monthly payments) so that you are able to weigh your options. Ideal Air was recommended by a Realtor friend and I am now recommending this Family Owned operation! I must add that the office staff -Elaine- is also courteous and friendly!🙂
My attic insulation and ductwork was so poorly done by the original home builder back in 1997, that it was laughable. I chose Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation to remove and replace my attic insulation and to repair my AC ductwork. Their sales person they sent out,was thorough in his assessment of what was necessary to acheive my goals and the price quote for the work was competitive with other contractors that I interviewed. We shopped a number of the competitors, but nobody came close to the knowledge that Ryan had and the level of detail and information he provided, allowing us to make an informed decision on our AC replacement. Of course, price is always a concern and they were spot on or better compared to the competition without any games. Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation came through for us yet again! We were enjoying a long weekend in SoCal when I received a text from Elaine checking in on us because our ac unit had notified them of an alert coming from our unit’s motivator. As I was busy fending off storm troopers on the Star Wars ride at Disneyland at the time, I was unable to respond to her message right away. I cannot recommend Ideal Energy enough!! I had them come out on two separate occasions to repair an improperly installed bathroom vent and install a mini split A/C unit. Both times they were timely, communicative, courteous, and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I am really so impressed by them and will be using them going forward for all my A/C needs. 10/10!!!
