Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation came through for us yet again! We were enjoying a long weekend in SoCal when I received a text from Elaine checking in on us because our ac unit had notified them of an alert coming from our unit’s motivator. As I was busy fending off storm troopers on the Star Wars ride at Disneyland at the time, I was unable to respond to her message right away. I cannot recommend Ideal Energy enough!! I had them come out on two separate occasions to repair an improperly installed bathroom vent and install a mini split A/C unit. Both times they were timely, communicative, courteous, and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I am really so impressed by them and will be using them going forward for all my A/C needs. 10/10!!!
Spoke to at least 8 companies. Seems that if your AC dies in June they think you’re going to do anything here in AZ. Ideal air is Superior to all. Ryan was on it that night asking for window measurements then next morning was in the attic measuring and checking duct work at no cost. Did tests on air pressure in and out to ducts. Ryan was very nice, he arrived on time. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with the utmost patience. He addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. He made us feel very comfortable in our decisions regarding the new hvac system we purchased and explained in great detail the installation process from start to finish.
