This company will show you one contract and have you sign another, he was supposed to call me before they started. He did not do that. This is the second job they have done for me and they did not contact me on the first one either as requested. They then will demand payment without letting you inspect. When we initially inspected the roof with the customer (prior to her contract), she stated that she could not afford the woodwork at the time. There was only one contract, that was signed with the customer when the bid was explained. did not get notified of moved appointment until after calling the installer/repairman directly (email said one thing, actual appointment day/time was determined to be another).
The workmanship was shoddy. The door wasn't much better after they left. They charged 200.00 dollars for a half hours work and another 100 dollars for the service call. I had to adjust the door after they left. They changed one set of rollers but they did't have the right one so they jury rigged the installation of one and decided not to do the other. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
It took almost a month for this simple project to be completed, they ordered the wrong door (even after multiple verifications on item needed) delay after delay and many excuses. I would not recommend this company to do any projects related to glass doors or any other major projects

After calling several local window establishments and having all of them fail to show for the scheduled appointment I called glass guru. They showed up at the scheduled time, took the measurements and conducted the work correctly and on time. A+ service!
