Ilene is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She spent many nights on the phone with us (First time home buyers) telling us all the ins and outs of buying our first condo. After meeting with Ilene for the first time, she reminded me of my mother. She was very straight forward, paying attention to every detail, and very professional and patient.
