If I could give Dr. Packo 10 stars, I would. Although I’m a highly educated woman, I do not like going to see physicians, even when something is wrong. In this case I had a problem with my retina. Dr Packo was referred to my by another physician who held him in high esteem. And he was right! Dr Packo was wonderful! I didn’t give 5 stars because of the paperwork! Practice groups could communicate with each other via Epic but they aren’t all participating. Filling out written paperwork, repeating info already in my record—so archaic!
Staff courteous helpful. Dr Packo answered my questions in respectful reassuring manner .excellent thorough doctor. A pager system might help with long waits. People Wouldn’t have to stay in waiting room for hours.

Extremely professional knowledgeable staff.Dr.Pocko is absolutely wonderful. Even the valets were very nice and polite!
Staff was very friendly. Doctor Cohen was professional and easy to talk to. I did not wait long to be seen especially since they fit me in last minute.
