If you need retinal surgery, this is the place to come. Accustomed to waiting 2 hours to see a retinal specialist in an overcrowded room in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of Dr. Chaturvedi's front desk staff in Flossmoor. I was admitted to the exam rooms, where each staff member quickly accomplished her appointed task. Dr Hassan is a great doc. The staff are very professional but pleasant to deal with. Tech staff are efficient and professional.
All the medical staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It is one of few medical offices that care about your time as well as theirs. The Doctors spend time to answer questions and explain the answers clearly. My experience with Illinois Retina Assoc is 100% great .
