A long wait time but the waiting room was quite full and I'm sure they did the best they could. Overall, Dr. Macumber is very nice and thorough, the staff is friendly and the surroundings are just fine.

A wonderful team from start to finish. Everyone is polite, helpful and each tech explains the process as you go along. Dr. MacCumber is very thorough and answers all questions and takes his time.

From the moment I arrive at Dr. MacCumber's office I know my exam and treatment will proceed at a high level. I am greeted and taken through the steps by people I trust and in whom I have total confidence. Some I have met several times before in previous visits. Some I am meeting for the first time. Dr. Macumber is always courteous, reassuring and clearly knowledgeable. His genteel demeanor helps calm my apprehension, but he puts my eye health above all. The rest of the staff is always top notch: efficient and approachable.

I was impressed with the doctor and the exam, also the possibility of entering a clinical trial if my "match" is right -- on gene therapy for AMD. Dr. MacCumber was referred to me by my long time eye doctor and I count it as a good recommendation.
