Been a patient at this Retina organization for decades. When Dr. Timothy Flood retired - I was devastated. Transferred to the convenient Munster location and Dr. Lee. This is a well run facility, and Dr Ramon Lee an exceptional communicator and physician. I feel very confident in his care.

Normally Dr. Lee explains everything very thoroughly but today he was very abrupt. I wasn't informed that I would be needing a shot in my eyes until today's visit. Dr. Lee simply said ' Your eyes are worse, you'll be getting a shot today'I was thrown off because I was by myself and he normally checks my eyes but today's visit was ABRUPT. Long enough to say those words and apply the shot, he snatched the eye clips off, pulling some of my lash extensions off. Dr. Lee wasn't very personable during today's visit.
