Excellent bedside manner. Truly cares about your eye situation. Recommends the best solutions.
Dr. Raiji is professional, knowledgeable and has such a pleasant demeanor. I felt cared for and listened to when speaking. She explained/ suggested ways to manage my issues. I will definitely return for follow up visits. I highly recommend Dr. Raiji!
I have been a patient at Illinois Retna since 2009. I have always had the best of care with them. My recent issue was emergent and Dr Raiji had the first opening. She is kind and compassionate. She explained the issue and the diagnosis thoroughly. She took all the time needed to be sure I was comfortable with the treatment.
Every interaction with Dr. Raiji and her office staff was top notch. I was seen on time, efficiently moved through the steps of the visit, observed strict adherence to hygiene controls, and had every question answered. The downtown Chicago office space is lovely and fully outfitted with up-to-the-minute medical equipment. I have great faith in Dr. Raiji’s competence and admire her deep knowledge as a vitreoretinal surgeon. She has given me outstanding medical care and advice over a number of years. Dr. Raiji is one of the most caring physicians I've had. As someone with an autoimmune disease who often gets bouts of uveitis as a rare side effect, it can feel very isolating. However, Dr. Raiji instantly makes you feel at ease and treats you as more than just a number or a referral. She often remembers your medical history and specifics of your past visits unprompted. It's incredibly rare to find physicians like this.
Dr. Raiji is very concerned about the patients she treats. Dr. Raiji goes out of her way to communicate with the other doctors who are treating health issues that have manifested in an illness in my eyes.
Dr. Raiji is a great doctor, but the appointments need to run better. I came half hour early for my appointment, but I don’t see her until two hours later for less than ten minutes. The parking are not good for Disability persons.
Excellent
Done it previouly
