The entire experience was great. My scheduled appt was somehow not on the calendar but they fit me in without making it difficult. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. C exceeded my expectations. Just left retina doc at Northwestern who talked more to other staff than to me. Felt exam was thorough but his engagement and explanation of my situation was most impressive.
