ILSC shouldn't make students pay for their own mistakes, IE they don't want to send my TRF if I don't pay a fee of 20$ because the first time the sent it they wrote the address wrong and the TRF never arrived.
The institution is extremely desorganized with ielts application. I have never received my ielts results at home and none of the institutions that I've applied for grad school received my English results. When I went to the school to ask for my results they charged me a fee to print a 'copy'.. Well, for me this copy was actually the results that I should have received at home.
Below expectations ... a lot of things need to be improved
ILSC has a great environment to welcome the students but de quality of the teachers are very poor, some teachers are quite good but most of them do not care about the students at all. The Teachers are rude, they embarrassed the students and sometimes asked them to live or change the class. The Teachers were never polite, I saw students crying or just change the class subject because of some Teacher. I am deeply disappointed about ILSC. My reasons are: - In general, ILSC does not care about your goals, just care about the money. The "main" market is teenagers who do not care about the classes, the school or if they are learning English or not (they just care about the parties and have fun) and for this reason ILSC takes advantage of it and does not care about the quality of the classes. - In each class I had more than 15 classmates (when I talked to the "head of ILSC", he told me that the situation was because the class... read more
