Highly recommended! Very helpful. I'm a foreigner and this is my first time to buy a house here. Ilya gives me lots of suggestions and help me get the mortgage, even though my credit history is not long enough. Ilya is very professional.

5 Stars across the board! Ilya is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to close my loan in less than 30 days despite several hurdles. Ilya is simply amazing! He is creative, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and thinks outside the box. Highly Recommend, very professional and efficient mortgage agent, was a pleasure to work with for our refinancing. Ilya worked out all details and offered us the best rate, but also walked us through alternatives. From the time we inquired with him, getting through all our options, and to the singing date it took all in less then a week. Amazing, we locked in the best rate thanks to him.
