Great place! The office is very efficient, the staff very friendly and the dentist is nice and informative. Overall great patient experience.
Dan did an ok job cleaning my teach. Judy would use the ultrasonic cleaner as did Dan, but would touch up with the scraper and do a final flossing which Dan did not do. I asked about the scraping,Dan indicated it was not needed. I didn’t realize the flossing was not done until I left. Front desk could not answer questions on my prepaid services other to indicate my wife’s upcoming visit would be covered under the old plan. Dr Rosenblatt gives the best injections , I didn’t even feel it. He asked if I was alright and made sure I didn’t have any pain or discomfort during the procedure. I would recommend Dr Rosenblatt to everyone I know.
This was my first visit to the Kay Dental office. I was very pleased with entire appointment. The office was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was kind and courteous. And my hygienist, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and thorough. And I was pleased with Dr Fay as well. The whole team was very professional. All in all, I was very pleased, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you all for such an awesome experience!
