Fantastic service. Covid safety protocols were excellent, thorough, and convenient. The staff walked me through each procedural step, explaining in easy to understand terms what to expect and in communicating the results. Staff also frequently asked questions regarding any discomfort or anxiety - there was none but I appreciated the check ins! I sincerely think my two consecutive day treatments were the most enjoyable, informative, relaxing and rewarding medical office costs I’ve ever had.

The vibe at Imperial has changed since I started seeing Dr Genie in 2000. It used to be uber friendly and even fun going to the dentist. “Susie at the dentist” was always warm and welcoming. My family enjoyed the “personal” touch. These days it feels a bit aggressive and a little unwelcoming. The # of text messages with reminders are an irritant. This could be a confluence with COVID and the changes in staff?

Dr Dean did a fabulous job reconstructing my front tooth today. I would definitely recommend her for detailed cosmetic dentistry.

As always my experience was excellent- the staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The precautions and safety protocols put me at ease immediately- the health and safety of all is a top priority in the office. My hygienist Rose was exceedingly thorough and very concerned with my comfort. Dr. Geni and Dr. Dean are wonderful- I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
