Everyone was pleasant to work with. I was given a reminder call ahead of the appointment. Ruy, the hygienist, was very experienced with good ‘bedside’ manner. Definitely recommend this location for all your dental needs.
The staff from the beginning was excellent. From the first phone call to, to being transfer to Elaine. Listening to my concerns and making it possible to be able to see a dentist. Dr Hewett and his staff were amazing Even while waiting on his assistance to do X-rays the staff walking through the waiting room spoke hello to me. It a was an amazing experience (especially since I don't like dentist) :). I have all ready told my daughter and her family that is where she should go.
Great professional and talented group
Even though I screwed up my appt time, they were able to accomodate me with another technician, and he was great! They always go beyond to get me help especially kathy who is always so helpful. Thank you
This practice is consistently outstanding. They are prompt, very friendly & professional & do an excellent job. They explain things well & don’t bring you back unnecessarily. Highly recommend.
Very efficient
All staff are professional. Dr. Russo is professional,knowledgeable and informative.
Ruiy is by far the best hygienist there. If only Dr. Hewitt would have him train all the hygienists with his technique would teeth cleaning by all be in demand.
It’s fine. I like to expect to hear good news for me from Dr. Steven C Hewett.
