The original salesman was a down to earth veteran/salesman. Took a little longer to get product due to covid. Samantha kept us updated. The three men that came for installation were very polite and knowledgeable in installing both our shower and our new closet. Everything looks beautiful. Had a small water leak that was fixed by a very caring knowledgeable man. I pray that if any issues arise, that it is handled with this type of care. Had just been burned by another repair company. Overall I had a great experience with everyone from Improveit. Keith was my installer and he did a great job. He showed up on time. Cleaned up his work area daily and answered all of my questions. My bathroom is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Improve it.
The Improve It Removal company did a beautiful great job on my bathroom. They were very friendly and cleaned up was like they never was here. Would hire them for other job in future. Love the fact they follow up on the completion of the job.
Staff that was doing the replacing of my tub, shower , wall Did a great job. Samantha is the lady that i kept in contact with if i had any question. And she was Fantastic, I highly recommend Improve It for your remodeling
Had to reschedule 2 times. Once because of illness the other weather. They let me know right away that there would be a delay. They were on time. Nice guys. Considerate of my home. Cleaned everything up. Did 4 windows. They were in and out in less than 4 hours. This is the 2nd time I have used this company. I will have them replace my other 5 windows.
The installation crew was on time. They were proficient and courteous. They were mindful of my home and did a thorough clean up. I will tell all to give them a call for any remodeling projects they might have.
This was the second phase of replacing windows on our 1874 homestead brick farmhouse. We have one more phase to go to complete all the windows. We are very happy with the work of this team that completed all the work in one day. On phase one we did 8 windows. Phase two was 10 windows. We have 5 to complete in phase 3. We will be calling on them to complete phase 3 in the near future. We will also be looking into replacing some doors too.
