A huge THANK YOU for the amazing urn you created. I haven't personally seen it yet but family said it's even more beautiful in person than it is in the photo they sent me. And it looks awesome in the photo. I just wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the quality product, taking such care to protect it during shipping and for the super quick delivery. It helped make a tragic event a little more palatable.

I ordered an urn, was charged for it, then told it was "out of stock". They suggested I order a similar one which I did. Again was charged for, then told it was also out of stock. Was told they would refund both orders; only the first one was credited to my Visa and I received a refund confirmation. Nothing on the second order. I ordered what was described as the "Always in my Heart "GOLD" Cremation Pendant-love charms option to commemorate the passing of my best friend and to place some of her ashes inside the heart. My 4 month old passed away on sat. We ordered his bear urn and 2 urn pendants 3 day shipping in time for his remains. We were so happy with our order and excited to receive his urns to place him in. Yesterday I received the order and they sent us the wrong urn and one of the pendants had a chip on the top. I spent nearly $300.00 on these items and paid for shipping in time for his arrival.
