I enjoyed living here very much. Anytime I placed a work order my work order was filled in a timely manner. The front office staff was very friendly. Brianna from the office has a lot of dedication to her job. Every month they have events for the residents and usually they have seltzers, wine coolers, and beer at the events. I enjoyed the TVs in the gym because you can play pandora on them with no ads. I wish they had some updated equipment. It’s also a bonus to have food loin right next to the complex.

This was a great experience! The lady was giving me all the great recommendations! I would also recommend this place because they have a pool ,and a basketball courts and all the fun activities I am definitely moving here they also give you a tour WITH SNACKS!

One year ago, I checked out most of the apartment communities near Fort Liberty and ultimately chose this one. #1, it's very close to the base. #2, the rent is very attractive compared to other places, and only here provides a washer and dryer. #3, the apartment is relatively new, and the layout is very practical. #4, the initial fees required at other places are higher than here. #5, they have an excellent manager who cares and is willing to help address our concerns. !!!!!!ROACHES AND SMOKE COVERED EVERYTHING!!!!!! If you could pick anywhere to live, DO NOT PICK HERE. I typically don’t leave reviews but this was how my boyfriends apartment was when he first arrived. It was DISGUSTING. As shown in the pictures, it was INFESTED with roaches. Too many to count. The picture is just from one day. He had to buy his own roach repellent to get rid of the roaches because they didn’t get anyone in for 4 days. Who would want to sleep in a COCKROACH INFESTED house. Overall, it’s a really great apartment complex. However, it’s the 25th of June and they have yet to ensure the pool is open for us who live here. We pay for an overpriced apartment and they can’t even get the pool open on time for summer. All of the maintenance on the pool should have been fixed prior to summer. Work orders on the other hand are amazing. The maintenance and leasing team are amazing too.
