The office staff was very patient with me, it seemed I had so many questions. Their customer service skills in this office are exceptional. Thank you so much for making my move in easy and also for your great kindness to me. The women displayed great compassion for me as a resident moving in. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment with many amenities. Thanks again for the great experience ladies.

On June 14, 2021, I entered into a lease to rent a furnished, one-bedroom individual suite in the Independence Place Apartments – Prince George County, Virginia. I elected to pay the surety bond of $175 in lieu of $500 in a security deposit. Unfortunately, at the time of move-in, I had to purchase my own mattress as the one provided was in poor condition, as noted on the move-in inspection. I recommend that no one rent an apartment from Independence Place. The staff is shady and not trustworthy. The apartments are tiny and they are like barracks or dorm rooms. The virtual tour that they have on the website is very misleading and what you pay for rent is not worth what you get. I just moved out this week and Y am so glad I am no longer living there. If you looking for a short term lease near Fort Gregg Adams do not choose this apartment complex. When I was first looked to sign a lease I had to call the apartment complex over and over before I could get some body to answer the phone. I was constantly sending them my information and pulling strings to try and figure out what was required of me to finalize my lease.
