Do not take your bike to Indian of Lexington they have been through four service managers in less than one year, on my 500 mile oil change they never adjusted the clutch now for the last month it has been in northern Kentucky in the end having the clutch replaced because of their negligence and they are unwilling to stand behind their mistakes. I purchased a 2008 Suzuki on 5/21/22 from here. needed tires and an oil change before I could pick it up. Today is 6/2/22 I have still not gotten the bike. Sat will be two full weeks since I bought it. I will give a full review of my experience when I get the bike or my money back. Stay tuned
Avoid this place I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Their service sucks. The manager is very rude….”If you can catch him out of a meeting”. I bought a brand new CfMoto 800. I don’t even get to ride it the 1st month due to this place selling it to me with broken parts. When we took it back they claim they fixed it but when I got it home I found another broken part. Don’t stand by their word they lied on the service and first oil change cost 800 that I didn’t pay and won’t pay first oil change is not free
My wife and I stopped by on our way home to Fort Wayne. Very nice place and the people were great.
This dealership just did my 10K service, changed oil and did some recall work on my 2017 Roadmaster. They were very professional let me know upfront about some future maintenance needs and took care of everything on a Saturday morning. I am very pleased with how things went and the way we were treated. Great dealership!
After 5 months I am still waiting on registration and tags for my motorcycle. So far, both the copy of my license and registration have been lost.
