I just started going to Dr. Frazee last October shortly after I moved to Indiana. I was very impressed with he and his staff. I do not have dental insurance and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
Staff and Dr Frazee are wonderful. They provided excellent care and Dr Frazee pays great attention to detail.
Very frustrated when I came to my appointment and I didn't get the scheduled work done because I didn't call back to confirm appointment. I had no idea the appointment was hinged to responding to the confirmation call. In all my experience businesses will call or text as a reminder but not cancel the appointment if you don't call back. The message that was left did not explain if I didn't call back I would lose my appointment.
