I'm a new client that is highly satisfied with this dental office! I had a dental emergency and they were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and completely honest with their plan of action and pricing. The office staff that I came into contact with, Alison and Danielle(assistants) and Sue and Dina(front desk/greeting), were very friendly and helpful! I just started going to Dr. Frazee last October shortly after I moved to Indiana. I was very impressed with he and his staff. I do not have dental insurance and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Very frustrated when I came to my appointment and I didn't get the scheduled work done because I didn't call back to confirm appointment. I had no idea the appointment was hinged to responding to the confirmation call. In all my experience businesses will call or text as a reminder but not cancel the appointment if you don't call back. The message that was left did not explain if I didn't call back I would lose my appointment.
