This place is amazing! Everyone was very polite and very helpful. Taking my children here as well. Having a child that is TERRIFIED of the dentist, it was hard finding a dentist that would work with her and able to keep her calm!
Dr. Frazee was very attentive and to the point. The dental assistants were very nice as well. I was in a lot of pain due to a cavity below my gum line, Dr. Frazee was unable to do a root canal so I had to have the tooth pulled and I'm completely satisfied. I have found our dentist for the immediate future.
When I went into the office, I felt very welcomed! I was nervous but my experience was phenomenal! The staff was very nice and professional. Sue was extremely kind and helpful. She took her time to walk me through the patient form and explained the entire process of dental work with patience and positivity. The doctor was very attentive and precise. I had a wonderful experience here. I’m always nervous about dental appointments but the office staff was very nice and welcoming. Sue was very patient and kind she even call me to give me direction on how to get there. Thank you so much Sue! This was the most amazing dental experience I’ve ever had. I can not say enough good about this man of his wonderful ladies on his team. Every single aspect of my visit was flawless. I was referred by a friend as I had a bit of an emergency on my hands, and I can honestly, confidently say that I will be a patient for life! Dr. Frazee, Is as gentle as he is quick. Truly a blessing to have in our back yards. I could go on and on about how fantastic I think this team is!
