Diana was so helpful. She helped me fill out my deposit form. I usually go through the ATM and she gave me info about the ITM person(which I knew nothing about). And she gave me a 3 month running statement, which she informed me saved me money.
Diane was so caring and did exactly what was needed to assist me with the fraudulent charge on my account. She was very reassuring that it would be investigated and my money returned to my account. I’ve been with the credit union for over 30 years. The people and the service are remarkable.
