I have been banking at Indiana Members Credit Union in Beech Grove since it is close to my house. The employees are always kind and knowledgeable whether it is help I need from the manager or a transaction I need to make with a teller. Customer service is vital to a business that deals with the public and this branch does not lack in that area. I am happy banking there.

The branch manager, Tiffany Bowman, is always friendly and willing to help us with any and all of our banking needs. Beech Grove is our favorite branch to visit because of the awesome team there.
Be aware they hit your credit with a hard inquiry, just to see if they're going to allow you to open a checking account. Witch they can they deny you for if you have missed a payment on any of your credit. For a credit union, they have no interest in helping your credit. (Staff under trained)
