The counter persons are all friendly, polite and efficient. The Branch Manager is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Branch is well kept and run efficiently. I visit this Branch on a regular basis for financial transactions and have been very pleased.

Lorena Gonzalez - is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Lorena clearly takes pride in her job and she is a great asset for IMCU. I say these things about Lorena but I should add that everyone that I have worked with at the branch on 135 in Greenwood are always very professional and knowledgeable. They make me feel like I am more than just a number and they are a pleasure to do business with. In my experience, the entire team provides friendly and great customer service to your members. Angelica was friendly and personable! She greeted me with a big smile and positive attitude. She quickly and efficiently took care of my banking transaction. Additionally, she and the bank manager helped me resolve an error that occurred regarding an overpayment on a loan. Angelica followed up by giving me her business card in case I encountered any further overpayments. Angelica was professional, courteous, and helpful. Excellent customer service!

Salai assisted us (his name doesn’t load in the box below). He was EXTREMELY helpful and cheerful. We had multiple transactions including deposits, getting a CD, fixing an error in our online account, and he showed us how to set up a separate access to the online account for my wife (she had been using mine).
