Christopher was absolutely awesome to deal with! I chose to take my business here vs other options I had because he made the process easy and quick. His follow up and communication was perfect! Research shows a new CEO was appointed in 2023. Many changes have taken place since 2023 that are terrible and taking away the feel of being a neighborhood/community institution. The newly released app is AWFUL, the teller stations TERRIBLE, the customer services line changes BOOOO, takes almost 5-10 minutes to speak to a human. The HUMANS working daily to make the bank their money are AMAZING!
