I have done several car loans with Wendy and she always goes above and beyond for me. Because of her attention to detail she is the only person I ever reach out to for a car loan, even with other branches being close to my home I still drive the distance to see her. I can’t say enough great things about Wendy.
There was a discrepancy on my credit loan that I was unsure of. I spoke with Heather Sparks at the credit union on Madison in Indy. Heather has ALWAYS went way above helping my wife and I in the past and even though there are closer IMCU sites, I make sure to seek out Heather. As I tell her often, she is the greatest!!!
