After an initial learning curve with the app, I have found it very efficient and easy to use. (I got personal help from a teller who made using the app a pleasure.)

Not sure why but for last couple of months it has been happening that when I open the app, instead of showing my accounts, it shows me the screen to add external accounts, view credit scores etc. In the menus, it shows almost everything except what’s the main reason you have installed it; the accounts information. After I reinstall, everything works again. But after sometime, it repeats the same.

Hello, we suggest restarting your device if that happens instead of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Restarting the device will clear out the cache, and if there's a bunch of stale dated cache, that's probably what is causing this. If this happens again please take a screenshot of it and send it to members@imcu.com so that we can look into it.
