Explained up coming procedure for surgery
This visit was my postoperative visit. However, from the time of my referral to the practice, through my surgery and finally my postoperative visit, I received warm, compassionate and highly competent care from everyone (front office staff; Patient Care Assistant; Emily Potts, NP and Dr. Suozzi). As a retired nurse, I have high expectations of those caring for me. This practice EXCEEDED all of my expectations. Thank you for your expert and very professional care! It was truly appreciated.
During this visit I saw Emily Potts, PA. She is very compassionate and caring and has helped make a tough situation tolerable with her encouragement!!! The Doc did a great job during the surgery!

I felt at ease as soon as I got in the office... the whole group is friendly and professional. Dr. Suozzi has a great "bedside manner" and explained things thoroughly, answering questions completely and clearly. I can reccomend the practice without hesitation.
Dr Suozzi and his staff are efficient and yet take time to take and explain things to the patient. They also worked with me so that my out of town daughter could know my medical situation. It was breath of fresh air compared to other medical care providers I have had.
