This place is a joke all they care about is money. Seriously what "nurse" ( i use that term loosely)is gonna give someone drolling on themselves more meds. They don't care if u live or die as long as they get that daily fee. I hope the devil has a place for them
I'm very thankful for this treatment center they've been a lifesaver for me l think they have a very caring, professional staff.they changed there hours which saddens me but other than that l can't complain it would be great if they could extend there hours though not every one has a car or can afford to ubers everyday!
I had to change my rating because this place is gone down hill, this place its a hit or miss some days are good but most days all the nurses have attitudes and talk down to you for showing up “too late” They changed their hours to close earlier but still get mad when you show up? I have a full time job and show up when I can, if you don’t have health insurance they will still charge you the amount for your dose even if you didn’t medicate that day.. they have a grant to help you pay for it but they’ll never let you know abou... read more

The other patients may look a bit rough, but everyone is pretty decent and just trying to get through the day, same as everyone else. But yeah, your first day will be long, and it’s pretty cold in the building, even in the summer time, so be prep... read more
This clinic has made huge improvements in customer care. Four years ago there was stigma I believe present as patients were treated with disrespect at every turn one would have to wait outside in the rain and snow to be dosed. The building was dirty and they were grossly understaffed. There’s been a complete turnaround and I’m so happy to be able to witness positive change. The nurses especially are fabulous, as well as Martel. Everyone wants to credit Martel, but I tell you what if he is the young black guy in the front of... read more
