I've been a patient there for 6 years yes it has been trying at times but so much better than the obvious. There has been ups and downs but if your real about your treatment lines don't mater. The staff is awesome and if you need help for getting off the Boy, pills go intake class and be ready for your self not anyone else.
This place saved my life, STR8 up I wouldn't of made it using in the street.for anyone that wants to leave the streets and get your head level this would be the place to do so..... it's some getting use to but all BS ASIDE IT HAS SAVED MY LIFE!!!!!!!
Not even one star. Please don't come here, you'll die. Untrustworthy and negligent. Good luck transferring once you're there. It's a ball and chain. They like it that way. Lack of care and follow through is appalling. staff is threatening, irate, violent, unprofessional. They do not aim to help you, you are merely an inconvenience they can bill. understaffed on a regular basis. Too many counselors and nurses are quitting on the spot regularly. Sadly there are not very many options here for any kind of help in Indiana. It's w... read more
I would give this less than one star if I could. All the reviews here are correct. They only care about money and not the patient at all. I went for guest dosing and they didn't tell my counselor who set it up or me that the hours are different for guest dosers and had me still drive there saying they are just missing my last 30 days. When they got they faxed Montell who told me that Is all they needed said oh and you need to be here by 10:30 and hung up the phone on me. I spoke to the director Makayla as well, who also didn... read more
This place is a joke. There are way too many patients in this clinic. The cost is outrageous and they keep increasing the price almost every 6 months. They don't take most insurances so you have to pay out of pocket. The lines for dosing take up to 2 hours a day and the nurses that dose you are impatient and condescending. Counseling is pathetic. You are required to see your counselor monthly for a hour and nothing gets resolved. Midtown narcotic treatment program is much better and the staff is pleasant to deal with.... read more
I started this clinic in January. I had alot of transportation issues in the beginning well actually 6 moths of transportation issuses. My vehicle needed worked on every month I put all my stimulus and Disability check into it . My case manager knew of the problems I even tried medical transportation but, they left me at the clinic I had to find a way home the 3×s I used there's service long story short . I thought my case manager was advocated for me . I'm on oxygen she made a big deal of it and I never was given a c... read more
I have been a patient for many years. I have mixed reviews and emotions about this place. The treatment saved my life but the bushiness/customer service side is terrible. The lines are horrible. The way nurses and other employees speak to patients is totally unprofessional. I was double charged for months and still haven't received even half of what I'm owed. The clinic was charging me out of pocket while billing my insurance. I have spoke to both the billing office and the Executive Director about the issue. My insurance ha... read more
Have been a patient for a few years and it gets worse every year. This is supposed to be a place where you get help but it is not like that. They are not interested in your recovery. They dont care if you lose your job because you were still in line waiting to get your medicine. When i first started going here i told everyone how great it was, now i want to stand at the door and turn people away. Not because im angry but to save someone from going through what i am. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!
