I have been going to Indy Laser for close to a year, and my only regret is that I didn't start treatments sooner! I have always managed to purchase packages at a discount, and that has been awesome. Even with a lower price, the service that I have received has been very effective and professional. I have medium tan skin with very dark hair, and I have responded well to the treatments. I do a lot of research before I invest in a treatment like this, so I was pretty prepared coming in, knowledge-wise. Indy Laser had great reviews, used the latest technology, and was reasonably priced. That being said, I was pretty nervous about the pain and about the awkwardness of someone lasering my lady bits. I couldn't be happier about my experiences at Indy Laser. The staff is highly professional, courteous, and friendly. Tracy has performed all my treatments, and she is a gem. She's always warm, welcoming, attentive, and makes me special. Tracy makes my visits a joy. I have recommended Indy Laser to many of my friends.

I've had great experiences at this company. I've used several lasers and some from two dermatology offices, but none have worked for hair removal as well as here (I've had my underarms done 15 times before I came here). Also-- it's? WAY LESS PAINFUL with the cooling immediately after each "zap". Melissa is amazing and explains the process and the aftercare thoroughly. She's also super patient with my pain tolerance. I recommend coming here to all my friends and colleagues.
