I was incredibly disappointed with Indy Laser. I had a tattoo that I wanted removed. Upon my first visit they let me know that the sessions were variable but based on my tattoo, size and color it would most likely take 6 sessions. Fine, great. I had gotten my full legs done and went through all the treatment and did everything they told me to. On my last session, the woman who had done the procedure told me that I would be able to get a free touchup if I still had regrowth after three months, I called and was told that I would have to pay even though I still had quite a bit of growth after going through all the proper steps. The people here are polite, but this seems to be a very money hungry business less focused on client care.
My first experience with laser hair removal at Indy Laser has been great! All staff members have been very knowledgeable with addressing my questions and concerns. Everyone I’ve worked with has also made me feel welcome and comfortable, even when treating sensitive areas. Despite a higher price than some facilities, I would highly recommend this location for their cleanliness and expertise. They also frequently have great sales to help reduce the cost!
I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years. Amazing results, amazing prices. The ladies are so sweet too! They always know me when I come and have my paperwork ready ♥️ Deff the best med spa in Indy. I recommend Indy laser to everyone.
I purchased a package during the 60% off promotion they have in November which was much more affordable. I was totally happy with my purchase. The girls that work at Indy Laser are great. They make you feel very comfortable in what could be very uncomfortable situation. The treatments are so effective.
