The AC went out in our G35 last month and after a couple of different quotes and diagnoses from mechanics closer to home, I decided take it to Infiniti of Bellevue. I used to go to them for service when they were in Kirkland but haven't been back since they moved. Everyone told me "never take your car to a dealer for service" but I have to say that is not the case with Infiniti of Bellevue. I felt nothing but well taken care of by Chris. I went to another dealership before going to Infiniti of Bellevue. Everyone was so helpful. I would buy another car from them again. They gave me a good deal for my trade and we so helpful. Sunil, Steve and El-Lim are the best. Go to them to buy a car!!!!
I just wanted to share my outstanding service experience with Infinity of Bellevue. Oil change on my lunch break, but as I arrived they already knew my name when I stepped out of my vehicle. (Made me feel like a celebrity ) Got my SUV back an hour later, washed, detailed, topped off, aired up, and they chromed out my license cover. Never been so pampered. Love it!!
I am on my 3rd Infiniti from this dealership, always had an amazing experience and you definitely notice the passion from the folks here to cater and take care of their customers. Never had to go back on any services and everything is well explained from the get go when you have your vehicle serviced here. These folks do their best to keep us in the family and I never looked anywhere else when I first stepped into this dealership back in 2008. Keep up the good job and hopefully the new showroom out shines the competitors!
