Peformed oil/filter change, tire rotation and Zaktec application. Service was peformed as expected, but waited at dealership for 2+ hours. Service advisor said they were particularly busy that day. Service Dept. has appointment scheduling problem.

Great service experience with TR! Honestly I always get good service and am never pressured to do any excess services. I'm given what is recommended and then I get things done as I can afford them.

Service did not take long. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed my front carpets, added air to my tires (as well as put a bit of shine on the tires) and cleaned my windshield. So happy and surprised! Great service today- felt good to get into my car :)
